St Gilles
Enjoying the same climate as Provence and Languedoc, St Gilles is an attractive and fascinating town with many spots of historical interest to be found along its winding streets. St Gilles was a very important port in the Middle Ages, the town sheltered the church of Xlle and was the birthplace of Pope clement IV.
